You can use your own creativity within a loose structure that will be provided by your facilitator\, Roke Noir\, a mixed media artist/teacher\, a manifestation through creativity coach and a shamanic energy practitioner. Whether you want to use your writing\, drawing\, painting\, collage making skills or want to design on a computer and then print\, is up to you. \n  \nThe session will include a guided visual meditation to reconnect you with the flow of the year lived and then take you through the process of selecting elements you want to portray in your creation.
