“Come enjoy this festive day as we transform Ashkenaz into an exotic marketplace! Ashkenaz’s Holiday Bazaar reflects our community center’s global perspective, exhibiting arts and crafts that are handmade, sustainable, recycled, related to music and dance themes, or representing cultures and traditions from around the world. Over 25 vendors will offer wares such as photography, jewelry, ceramic art, musical instruments, aromatherapy products, greeting cards, and ethnic and vintage clothing. Most items are priced at $25 or less.

The event also features live acoustic music from performers including our own Joe Balestreri (The Flux, Bug Family Band, JBIII) and the Double Vision String Band. Beer and wine, hot and cold beverages, and organic vegetarian food will be available from our cafe. Support local artisans this holiday season, and your home for world music and dance!”
