“The period between a New Moon and Full Moon is when the Moon is waxing, it’s when there is an increase of energetic flow on earth. This is the time to initiate new projects and endeavors, it is a time for expansion, healing and renewal. New Moon and Full Moon are important milestones in the flow of the Moon cycles.

New Moon is a new cycle of seeding and Full Moon is a time for bringing matters into completion into full healing and expansion cycle. Rituals around these milestones hold the opportunity to come together in community to align for spiritual connection and growth, bringing our mental, emotional and physical bodies into balance. It’s a process of letting go of unhealthy patterns and receiving divine love and inspiration. Come and learn the science of divine spiritual wisdom so that you too can apply these universal laws and live in service of your highest self. Working with various breathwork techniques and meditation exercises, healing sound currents, and other tools that have been handed down from mouth to ear since the dawn of humankind.”
