It’s also easy to experience stress, anxiety, issues with our families, and lack of self care.  In this meetup, get calmer and more grounded, decrease holiday stress, create more ease with your family of origin, connect to the Divine Mother as an archetype, and learn how to take this sacred connection with you for more ease as a woman.

We will be using tools to get you out of your head and into your body, create more ease with family this holiday season, cultivate your relationship with the divine mother, so you feel calmer, happier, more held and nourished.

Our tools will draw from mind-body awareness, yoga (no poses, just breathing), meditation, ceremony, visual arts, energy healing and clearing, and goddess archetypes.”
