“You are cordially invited to the ASP’s Annual Dinner on Friday, February 6, 2015. To celebrate the International Year of Light, the ASP will welcome dark sky champions Dr. Tyler Nordgren and Dr. Paul Bogard. Via stunning photography and artistry, Drs. Nordgren and Bogard will present compelling stories about the vital importance of protecting the night sky for all who wish to enjoy, learn and explore.
This year’s dinner will also feature a raffle for an Explore Scientific AR 127 5″ refracting telescope and a silent auction for one-of-a-kind items, including a private dinner for four with Dr. Geoff Marcy, a private star party hosted by ASP staff, autographed books and posters, wine, and more.
