Each evening begins with a different guest playwright, and their script for the first scene of an unfinished play. The ensemble interview the playwright onstage, perform a ‘staged’ reading of Act One, Scene One, and then go on to finish the play - now improvising, without a script - starting from Act One, Scene Two. It's a blend of scripted and un-scripted that exposes the electric heart of live theater.
