“Railroad Earth’s Hangtown Halloween Ball will take place October 23-26, 2014 at the El Dorado County Fairgrounds in Placerville, CA. The superbly maintained fairgrounds featuring ample open lawns, plenty of permanent bathrooms and showers, and a very large late night hall.
